As more drivers make the switch to electric vehicles, having a reliable charging point at home or at your workplace is becoming an increasingly convenient way to keep your vehicle ready for the road. With a dedicated home EV charger, you can charge your car while parked on your driveway or in your garage, giving you greater flexibility over when and how you charge.

At Samsons Electrical Services, we provide professional electrical services for customers looking to install an electric vehicle charging point at their property. Whether you’ve recently purchased a Tesla, drive another electric vehicle or are planning ahead for the move to electric motoring, we can help you explore suitable charging options for your home or business.

Our EV charger installation service is available across Clacton-on-Sea, Frinton-on-Sea, Walton-on-the-Naze, Great Holland, Weeley, Great Bentley, Kirby Cross, St Osyth, Thorpe-le-Soken and the surrounding Tendring area.

We understand that every property has different requirements. From modern homes with private driveways to older properties, garages and commercial premises, the location of your parking space, the distance from your consumer unit and the capacity of your existing electrical installation can all influence the installation process.

Our team can discuss your requirements, help you consider suitable charging equipment and assess the electrical work needed to provide an appropriate charging solution. Whether you’re interested in a Pod Point charger or another compatible model, we’ll help you understand the options available and the factors to consider before proceeding.
